Our Refund Policy
At Black Diamond Security, we understand that plans can change. To ensure clarity and fairness for both our clients and our team, we have established the following refund policy for all booked services and event security contracts.
Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Clients may cancel scheduled services and receive a refund if cancellation is made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event are eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
- Once within the 7-day window leading up to the event, all payments made are final and non-refundable.
Refund Processing
If a cancellation is made within the eligible refund period (7 days or more before the event), any approved refund will be processed and returned to the original payment method within 30 days of the cancellation request.
Non-Refundable Payments
All payments become non-refundable when:
- The cancellation request is submitted fewer than 7 days before the event
- Services have already been rendered
- The client fails to appear or is otherwise unavailable on the scheduled service date
